The Honey Baked Ham Company

This is a nice location and was very organized on Saturday as the peak pick up Season was underway. I found the prices " shocking" as it's been a while since we have purchased a Ham from" Honey Baked ". We paid $92.00 for a 9.5lb ham. But we were disappointed once we got home as our ham has a large amount of fat along the top layer and the spices or" Seasoning" seem to have changed slightly from what I remember. If I could I would ask for a refund as I do not feel the product I received is worth the money I paid for it but we used a $40 gift card and paid cash for the rest.I don't believe we will be ordering one again any time soon as the Ham I bought from Costco last year was amazing extremely lean,moist and had a Pomegranate glaze seemed to be just as good if not better at a fraction of the price. Very disappointed.

Came here on Thursday 7/20/23 for a honeybaked sandwich. I've never been as unsatisfied or disappointed with this place than I was yesterday. First thing, the ice was so dirty there were black particles floating in my drink so I had to instead just simply pour a drink from the fountain without ice, leaving my beverage flat. Second thing was, as I was biting into my sandwich, I not only bit into one, but two toothpicks that were LAYING flat in the sandwich. Not standing up how they're supposed to be... but literally laying flat in the sandwich. My sandwich also did not taste near as fresh or hot as I know they normally come and I ate it as soon as it was served to me. I don't know what happened to this place but they need to fix it quick.

Absolutely love their sandwiches. Full of flavor and hearty portion. Kind staff. A lunch spot you won’t be disappointed with.
